럭키 다이스 이용약관

1. 약관의 적용
본 약관은 Zero One Studio(이하 "스튜디오")가 제공하는 럭키 다이스(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 본 앱을 내려받아 실행하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으시면 본 앱을 이용하지 마시고 기기에서 삭제해 주십시오.
본 앱은 만 14세 미만을 이용 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
2. 서비스의 내용
요트 다이스를 위한 3D 주사위와 자동 계산 점수표입니다. 혼자서도, 친구와 온라인으로도 즐길 수 있습니다.
스튜디오는 본 앱을 개선하기 위해 기능의 내용과 구성을 수시로 변경할 수 있습니다.
3. 계정
본 앱의 일부 기능은 계정 식별자를 필요로 합니다. 이용자는 자신의 계정과 로그인 수단을 관리할 책임이 있으며, 그 계정을 통해 이루어진 이용의 결과는 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 소셜 로그인을 사용하는 경우 해당 제공사의 약관이 함께 적용됩니다.
4. 이용자가 입력한 내용
이용자가 본 앱에 입력한 내용에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 스튜디오는 서비스를 제공하고 기기 사이에 동기화하는 데 필요한 범위에서만 그 내용을 저장·처리하며, 다른 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. 입력한 내용이 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하지 않도록 할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
5. 금지되는 행위
- 본 앱을 역공학·복제·개작하거나 소스 코드를 추출하는 행위
- 자동화된 수단으로 비정상적인 요청을 발생시켜 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 타인의 계정이나 데이터에 권한 없이 접근하는 행위
- 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 입력·전송하는 행위
위 행위가 확인된 경우 스튜디오는 해당 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 긴급한 경우가 아니라면 제한에 앞서 그 사유를 알립니다.
6. 광고
본 앱은 광고를 노출할 수 있습니다. 광고의 내용과 광고주가 제공하는 상품·서비스에 대한 책임은 광고주에게 있으며, 스튜디오는 광고를 통해 연결된 외부 사이트나 그곳에서 이루어진 거래에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 광고 식별자의 처리에 대해서는 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주십시오.
7. 서비스의 변경과 중단
스튜디오는 기능을 추가하거나 변경할 수 있고, 필요한 경우 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료하는 경우에는 앱 내 공지 또는 이 사이트를 통해 미리 알립니다. 무료로 제공되던 기능의 변경이나 중단에 대해서는 별도의 보상을 하지 않습니다.
8. 지식재산권
본 앱과 그 이름·로고·디자인·코드에 대한 권리는 스튜디오에 있습니다. 본 약관은 이용자에게 본 앱을 개인적·비상업적으로 이용할 수 있는, 양도할 수 없는 권리만을 부여합니다.
9. 스토어와의 관계
본 앱은 Apple 또는 Google이 제공하는 것이 아닙니다. 각 스토어는 본 약관의 당사자가 아니며, 본 앱과 관련하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 본 앱의 이용에는 내려받은 스토어의 이용 약관도 함께 적용됩니다.
10. 보증의 부인과 책임의 제한
본 앱은 현재 상태 그대로 제공됩니다. 스튜디오는 본 앱이 중단이나 오류 없이 작동한다거나 특정한 목적에 적합하다는 것을 보증하지 않습니다.
다만 스튜디오의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 이용자에게 발생한 손해에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따라 책임을 집니다. 본 조항은 소비자로서 이용자가 관계 법령에 따라 가지는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
11. 개인정보
개인정보의 처리에 대해서는 별도의 개인정보처리방침이 적용되며, 그 방침은 본 약관의 일부를 이룹니다.
12. 준거법과 분쟁의 해결
본 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다. 본 앱과 관련하여 분쟁이 생긴 경우 스튜디오와 이용자는 원만한 해결을 위해 성실히 협의하며, 협의가 이루어지지 않는 경우 민사소송법이 정하는 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.
13. 약관의 변경
본 약관이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지를 통해 고지하며, 변경된 약관은 게시한 때부터 적용됩니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 앱 내 공지 등으로 함께 알립니다.

럭키 다이스 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of 럭키 다이스 (the "App"), provided by Zero One Studio (the "Studio"). By downloading and using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App and remove it from your device.
The App is not intended for children under 14.
2. What the service is

The Studio may change what the App does and how it is arranged as the App is improved.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account identifier. You are responsible for your account and sign-in method, and for activity carried out through it. If you use social sign-in, that provider's terms apply as well.
4. Content you enter
You keep the rights to whatever you enter in the App. The Studio stores and processes it only as far as is needed to run the service and sync it between devices, and never uses it for another purpose or sells it to third parties. You are responsible for making sure what you enter is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
5. What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or extract the source code of the App
- Use automated means to generate abnormal traffic that disrupts the service
- Access another person's account or data without authorisation
- Enter or transmit content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others
The Studio may restrict use where any of the above is confirmed. Except in urgent cases, the reason will be given before any restriction takes effect.
6. Advertising
The App may show ads. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for the products and services they offer; the Studio is not responsible for external sites reached through an ad or for transactions made there. See the privacy policy for how advertising identifiers are handled.
7. Changes to and discontinuation of the service
The Studio may add or change features and, where necessary, discontinue part or all of the service. If the service is shut down, notice will be given in advance in the App or on this site. No compensation is offered for changes to, or withdrawal of, features that were provided free of charge.
8. Intellectual property
The App and its name, logo, design, and code belong to the Studio. These terms grant you only a non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Relationship with the app stores
The App is not provided by Apple or Google. Neither store is a party to these terms, and neither is responsible for the App. The terms of the store you downloaded from also apply to your use of the App.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided as is. The Studio does not warrant that it will run without interruption or error, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.
The Studio remains liable, as required by applicable law, for damage caused by its intent or gross negligence. Nothing in this clause limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled under a separate privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, the Studio and the user will first try in good faith to resolve it by agreement; failing that, either may bring the matter before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
13. Changes to these terms
Any change to these terms will be announced on this page and takes effect once posted. Significant changes that are unfavourable to users will also be announced in the App.
